**Description**

a full time **Outlet** **Assistant Manager** for our **Outlet Store** in **Cedar Rapids**!

As the Outlet Assistant Manager, you will maintain an example for all Outlet team members by providing excellent customer service to all customers. You will maintain a clean and inviting Outlet Store that is fully stocked and rotated with fresh product regularly and free of clutter. You will assist in monthly Outlet Store meetings and weekly meetings to discuss and seek input on operations and training opportunities. You will provide supervision to team members in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager. You will assist in ensuring that bank deposits and store reports are completed accurately and in the required timeframe. You will assist in monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure efficiency in all store operations. You will maintain accuracy and integrity in operating the cash register, as well as assist in ensuring that cash control policies are enforced.

Six months of full-time employment in a related field is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. **This position requires a valid Iowa driver's license, proof of required auto insurance, and must pass motor vehicle record screening and criminal background checks.**

An Outlet Assistant Manager has a starting wage of **$15.00 per hour** . Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture and you will be scheduled a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
