**Primary Responsibilities:**
* High level of initiative taking proactive action to:
+ Answer customer and sales team inquiries in a timely and professional manner
+ Assist sales in relations and support to customers
+ Understand product assortment, technical qualities of product, and pricing
+ Provide world-class customer service utilizing a highly professional and courteous manner
+ Implement new systems and practices to achieve world-class service
* Proactively renew, develop, and maintain vendor relationships through direct interaction with buying team
* Develop strong relationships with sales team
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal partners
* Work closely with internal departments: systems, warehouse, compliance, supply chain, and receivables to fulfill customer requirements
**Skills and Abilities:**
* Qualities: pro-active problem solver, excellent follow-up skills, analytical, organized, able to work independently under deadlines, and be a team player.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, associates, and management in a professional and efficient manner
* Project manage new system launches and assist with their development
* Associates or Bachelors degree preferred comparable work experience may be substituted
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must
