Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to join our team in the aerospace sector. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our aerospace customers, ensuring the successful delivery of products and services, and driving customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical systems, avionics systems and lead efforts to meet customer needs while aligning with our company's goals and values.

Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, understanding their needs, expectations, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Project Management:

Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace projects.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are on track, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Problem Solving and Solutions:

Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and work collaboratively to develop solutions.
Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers on products, services, and strategies that align with their aerospace business goals.

Strategy Development:

Collaborate with customers to understand their long-term objectives and align our offerings to meet their strategic needs.
Contribute to the development of business strategies for growing and expanding our engagement within the aerospace sector.

Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by partnering with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support.
Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure successful execution of projects.

Reporting and Analytics:

Collect and analyze data related to customer engagement, project outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (10+ years) in customer-facing roles within the aerospace industry, such as account management or project management.
Strong understanding of aerospace products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to business growth strategies.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Travel may be required based on customer needs (25%).
