What you will do:

In your duties as a member of our service team, you will maintain customer relationships through service excellence. Johnson Controls will provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards. You will also be given the opportunity for increased incentives for executed pull-through work.

In addition, this role entails working on commercial marine sites, performing accurate, comprehensive diagnoses, inspections, and repairs.

How you will do it:

·         Adhere to Johnson Controls industry-leading safety program.

·         Maintain Customer Relationships through Service Excellence.

·         Maintain customer systems through Preventative Maintenance Contracts.

·         Work with Customers on Service repairs and Solutions.

·         Change and Service Filters

·         Oil and Grease Bearings 

·         Perform Belt adjustment and replacement services. 

·         Perform Cooling Tower and Condenser Maintenance (coils, evaporators, and tubes) 

·         Perform general housekeeping tasks as required by customer contract. 

·         Operate mechanical equipment if deemed necessary by customer contract. 

·         Operate maintenance tasks using basic hand tools as needed.

·         Perform Indoor Air Quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.

·         Transport rigging equipment to and from sites as needed.

What we look for: 

Requirements

·         Commercial and Industrial Experience an Asset.

·         Good Written and Oral Communication

·         Ability to follow instructions.

·         Clean Drivers Abstract.

·         The ability to Join Steamfitters Local 601 union or be a member in good standing 

Assets

·         Knowledge of BACnet and Modbus communication protocol will be preferred

·        5 Years’ experience in the HVAC service industry.

·         Previous technical/installation experience.
