For over 40 years, we have been a family owned manufacturing retail store fixtures and point-of-purchase displays in Madison, WI. We cater to a wide range of industries including stationery, gift, housewares, home appliances, and sporting goods. We have become the industry leader in designing and manufacturing quality fixtures and displays for consumer products and are proud that our products are made in America! We are unique because we have many processes done in-house. We work with a variety of materials on a daily basis. Our processes include: large format printing, silk screening, CNC machining, vacuum forming, edge banding, finishing, plastic fabrication, custom/studio work, assembly and packaging, warehouse and shipping.

Universal Presentation Concepts (UPC)

Candidates who are best suited for this position must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with exceptional time management and organizational skills to facilitate the warehouse, receiving, and manufacturing demands by interfacing with various departments and personnel. Common work duties include:

* Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.

* Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.

* Receiving and signing for deliveries.

* Unloading deliveries from trucks.

* Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.

* Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.

* Updating inventory with received items.

* Communicating with vendors regarding delays or problems.

* Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.

* Assist shipping and warehouse department as needed

* Support and follow safety guidelines

**What experie**

* Warehouse, shipping, and receiving knowledge and experience preferred

* Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

* Extreme attention to detail

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Knowledge in inventory control beneficial

This is an hourly role generally working Monday-Friday on first shift. We can be flexible on start and end times as long as you are meeting business needs. Hourly team members typically work 40 hours each week and during high business need, overtime is offered on Saturdays.
