Purpose

Reporting to the Global Dir Digital Engagement, the Digital Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing operations for Chiesi Global Rare Disease (GRD). This individual will be at the forefront of digital strategy innovation, focusing on the development, measurement, and implementation of cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Engagement Manager will also collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing to ensure the successful marketing integration of the MAP/CRM platform.
This role is based in our office in Boston, MA.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Execution of Digital Strategic Initiatives:

  • Operational Management of Digital Marketing Analysis:
  • Operational Management of Rep-Triggered Email Content Implementation (templates, fragments, IVAs):
  • Operational Leadership in IQVIA Integration as Digital Lead:
Experience Required

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics
* Experience with orphan drug marketing desirable, but not required
* Agency or client-facing experience desirable
* US and International experience and demonstrated ability to effectively work across cultures highly preferred
* Experience with marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/or others)
* Experience with using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua and Marketing Cloud)
* Ability to synthesize and communicate actionable insights to internal partners, most of whom come from non-technical background, through oral and written presentations
* Demonstrated initiative, creativity and strategic relationship building
* Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement successful strategic initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage initiatives that require collaboration across multiple functional areas
* Technology savvy and able to quickly adopt to working with new technology solutions
* Requires 5-10% travel

Education

* Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university. MBA preferred
