Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager a Maintenance Mechanic performs highly skilled preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on motor coaches to minimize downtime in a cost effective, safe, timely manner and ensure a positive customer experience.

Mechanic A: $28.00 - $32.00
Mechanic B: $24.00 - $28.00
Mechanic C: $20.00 - $24.00
Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with some overtime available

Responsibilities:
Provide routine and preventative maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other breakdowns or failures
Repair our fleet of luxury motor coaches and minibuses
Complete paperwork in accordance with company and Federal guidelines
Perform all other service tasks as directed by the Director of Maintenance/Maintenance Manager
Qualifications:
Class A Mechanic – 5+ years of diesel mechanic experience working on buses, trucks, or heavy equipment
Class B Mechanic – 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience working on buses, trucks, and heavy equipment
Class C Mechanic – Entry level
Valid Driver License
Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, and holidays
Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or assist with lifting up to 70 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and written
