Opportunity at a Glance The Senior Strategic Partner Executive role is critically important for the success of the Adtalem Global Education ("ATGE") strategy to be a leading workforce solutions provider. The Senior Strategic Partner Executive develops and expands the most strategic ATGE's partnerships with the leading healthcare, education, and government organizations in the U.S. This role collaborates with nursing, medical, and other C-suite and senior executives at the partner organizations to identify and implement win-win solutions. The Senior Strategic Partner Executive is part of a team of high performing sales and business development professionals reporting to the strategic partnership leader.

Responsibilities Develop and expand ATGE's most strategic, national partnerships with leading healthcare, education, and government organizations in the U.S. - leading to significant growth Establish and strengthen senior relationships at headquarter and other levels with C-suite and other senior leaders of our most important partners (e.g., CNO, CMO, CHRO) Identify and execute on partner employee education and development partnerships and strategic opportunities broadening our business Discover new product and solution needs amongst our partners. Share insights with other relevant functions of ATGE -- be the voice of our partners Maintain a deep understanding of all relevant ATGE solutions as well as healthcare, education, customer and competitor trends and developments Lead business development presentations and regular partnership reviews (e.g., quarterly) with customer executives and internal senior stakeholders Collaborate effectively across all functions (e.g., marketing, product) Closely coordinate with the ATGE team of workforce solution consultant and others relevant to the partnership to enable local activities and execution of events - taking on informal leadership roles Represent ATGE at trade shows and conferences as required Responsible for significant overall growth of annual revenues from induvial partners across the ATGE portfolio and the different organizational levels of the partner (e.g., national and local) Travel up to 70% and as necessary Completes other duties as assigned Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required and Master's Degree Preferred 10 years of successful track record and increasing revenue responsibility in business-to-business sales and business development with large, national strategic partners and customers required. Experience creating and expanding highly impactful C-level and senior partnership relationships required. Strong background and interest in healthcare and / or education required. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, as well as strong executive presence and credibility. Excellent C-suite level relationship building skills. Ability to quickly build trust and motivate others, impactful leadership skills, informal leadership roles. Proven success in matrix organizations. Strong team player and focused on collaboration. Highly motivated, self-driven, results-oriented. Strategic perspective and outstanding business acumen, innovative and adaptable. Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77996.84 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
