The Warehouse ensures that Keystone can fulfill our commitment to customers in the areas of quality and delivery. The Warehouse Team bears the ultimate responsibility of safeguarding the company's most valuable physical assets - our products.
Warehouse team members must be strong and fit, moving heavy loads and staying on their feet for much of the day. They must stay alert and have keen attention to detail to ensure that product is stored and picked accurately off the shelves.
Keystone's 150,000-square-foot warehouse is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Always buzzing with activity and lots to accomplish within tight timeframes. Teamwork is key. Every order is touched by multiple team members and all warehouse tasks are intertwined. It is critical that team members communicate effectively and work together with a sense of urgency to achieve their common goals.
