We have grown so large, that we are looking to add more top talent to our existing team of leaders. We specialize in aftermarket equipment installation on vehicles such as Police, Fire, EMS and Contractor vehicles including but not limited to warning lights, sirens, radios, computers, vehicle partitions, push bumpers, and electrical harnesses, and in depth camera systems.

Candidate must have 12 volt electronics knowledge and basic mechanical knowledge. They need to be able to read and follow work orders, document work, as well as understand tasks. A hard working positive drive person that can work with others as a team is a must. Due to the nature of this business, you must have a clean background and pass pre-employment screening.

Candidate's Requirements:

  • Must be able to bend over, lift at least 50 lbs
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior for the workplace.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with noise, dust, paint, and machinery.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience or training in automotive/electrical installation and/or repair is required
  • Must be willing to travel to train for 3 months in our training facility in Irwin, Pa.
**Since this job is so intricate we require all applicants to be able to travel to our intense training facility in Irwin, Pa(zip 15642) for their 1st interview. Our specialized certified trainer will walk you through your our process of training, your job duties, and expectations for this job.**

**If hired after a second interview, you will train in our Irwin facility for 3 months before you are able to return to the original job site in Butler, Pa. The training is a requirement of the job and those not willing to travel will not be selected!**

The qualified candidate will have a high-level of vehicle electronics with the ability to integrate aftermarket products such as:
  • Remote start/alarms/keyless entry
  • Blind spot detection & blind spot camera systems
  • Lane departure warning systems
  • Stereos and speaker installation
  • CarPlay & backup camera installation
  • Rear entertainment systems (both overhead & headrest video systems)
  • Headlight/taillight replacement
  • Dash Cam/360 View installation
  • Power windows & door locks
  • Navigational systems
  • Emergency console build outs
  • Design and fabricate equipment brackets and wire harnesses
  • Installation of Emergency lighting packages
  • Multiplex systems
  • OEM Interface and programing

Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test
  • Qualified candidate will have the understanding of electrical principles and electrical circuits
  • Qualified candidate will have previous experience working with 12 volt electrical systems
  • Capable of delivering clean installation and finish
  • Capable of installing 12 volt accessories or automotive knowledge troubleshooting 12 VDC circuitry
  • Service-oriented, ability to communicate effectively and with the highest courtesy to customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions
  • Organized(keep track of schedule and paperwork)
  • Friendly and teamwork-oriented
