HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You'll join our Resource Management (RM) Team performing a wide variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks to support the Program Management Office.
  • You'll maintain an accurate view of workforce across FTEs, Contractors, and Leveraged resources.
  • You'll administer staff life cycle processes.
  • You'll support program staffing and immigration processing.
  • You'll process staff queries.
  • You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program's RM processes and tools


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent


Required Experience:
  • Five (5) years of relevant PMO or HR support experience
  • Three (3) years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
  • Two (2) years of Talent Acquisition experience with a demonstrated understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Two (2) years working in an interrupt driven environment
  • One (1) year of Information Technology environment experience
  • Immigration experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
