Project Supervisor
Location: Eagan, MN

While we provide a wide range of home improvement services - roofing, siding, replacement windows - the common thread of honesty and integrity runs through everything we do. This includes the qualities we look for in our hires and we are looking for a Project Supervisor to add to the team.
Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:
Primary role will be functioning as an exterior expert performing project management, client relations, and some repair and improvement services to homes in the Twin Cities area. Role includes the following:
- Interact with clients and general contractors
- Interact with roofing, siding, and other crews
- Supervise subcontracting crews to ensure project specifications are met
- Work closely with office teams to ensure project outcomes
- Problem-solve any job site issues
- Prepare and present client billings
- Schedule appointments and track work progress using company software
- Ensure quality and successful customer experience
- Daily travel from job site to job site, mainly within the 5-county metro area
Daily Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to inspection of:
- Roofing repair- asphalt, cedar, metal, etc.
- Gutter install
- Leak investigation and repair
- Siding repair- vinyl, LP Smart Siding, James Hardie, Etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements - 3+ years' experience in residential construction.
- Strong technical understanding of home building.
- Willingness to learn additional skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience with CRM or other client relationship management software preferred.
- Must have a reasonably clean driving record and pass a background check before being hired.
