Te Deseo is currently seeking top talent to join our growing team. We spent months traveling to Latin America, perfecting our wood-fire cooking techniques, creating our own signature blend of reposado tequila, and even learning how to salsa dance. Te Deseo manifested as our love letter to the liveliness, mystery, and community that blooms throughout the region. Te Deseo is our largest concept to date at 14,000 square feet with two levels, four bars, and seven unique dining rooms.

The Restaurant Administrator maintains a thorough knowledge of the venue, products, and services as well as awareness of other roles and responsibilities throughout the organization and is responsible for supporting restaurant operations by maintaining office systems and assists with associate onboarding. The Restaurant Administrator is also responsible for managing the planning and daily execution of all large party or private event functions with continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
