Real Estate Property Manager - Military veterans preferred

We are a small, dynamic, and agile Real Estate property management office, managing several rental apartment buildings in Manhattan, and are looking for somebody to join our team ASAP with the following skills and attributes:

- Honest, reliable, diligent, congenial
- Punctual, precise, accurate, and good with numbers. You should be able to do arithmetic in your head quickly.
- Extremely organized and compulsive about filing and record keeping
- A fast learner who asks questions
- Proficient computer skills including MSOffice, Google apps
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a big PLUS

The job involves working in a fast-paced environment with a tightly knit group, handling interactions with tenants, vendors, and management staff, using math, business sense, common sense, and creative problem solving to maintain the high performance of a growing company.

Salary based on experience.
