Forklift Production Operator - Night ShiftThe Forklift Production Operator is the front-line employee who o perates, monitors, and controls the powder packaging and coding equipment in accordance with all regulatory, customer, and company operating procedures.

Responsible for proper assembling, disassembling, and cleaning of production/packaging equipment. Ensures the proper weight and code is achieved on the finished product prior to storing. Ensures the condition of the finished package is in compliance with Company quality specifications. Palletize and transporting of the finished packaged product to warehouse. **Operates a sit down forklift supporting a production line.** Operates the Sack filling bagging equipment according to company policies, practices and procedures. Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements.

Location: Carlisle, PA

Hours: 6 PM - 6 AM; Rotating 2-2-3 12 hour shift schedule (Every other weekend off)

Multiple positions available

**Wage: $22.89 per hour**

BONUS:

$300 bonus after completing 90 day probationary period

$700 bonus after completing 6 months of employment

Total of $1,000 bonus

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

* High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* 18 years or older

* 6 plus months of solid work experience in any industry

* Basic computer skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

* Prior sit down forklift operation experience

Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:

* Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements

* Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment

* Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present

* Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
