Description:

The ideal candidate is a hunter-minded self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity, has an innate drive for success and works with people in a cross-functional structure to achieve exceptional results. This position leads the end-to-end development of high-value accounts, as well as the share gain for substantial opportunities within the existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end process for new account and business development within the target markets.

Work in collaboration with the market segment team to generate and qualify high-value leads.

Build a rich project funnel and diligently manage it by utilizing the existing CRM platform.

Formulate value propositions for the end users to drive operational improvements and efficiency by utilizing NSKs bearing and linear products, technological advancement and technical expertise, along with the condition monitoring and repair services.

Work cross functionally with internal resources to maximize NSK benefits while creating exceptional customer value

*Manage the on-boarding of the account until the business is stable and manageable by the territory/account management team.

Actively engage in the industry summits for NSKs target segments to develop contacts and drive awareness.

Professionally report the activities and successes to the management on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:
  • This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2-4 years of position-related experience; preferably a Technical Diploma or Associates Diploma
  • Hunter mentality

    At least 5 years experience in customer service, sales, or business development.

    Track record of success in developing market and businesses through value generation.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to a wide audience/spectrum from the plant maintenance staff to the executive management at the factory or corporate level preferred.

  • *May be filled as an Inside Sales Representative B, salary grade 25, as an Inside Sales Representative A, salary grade 26, or as a Sr. Inside Sales Representative, salary grade 27, depending upon experience
