Description
Key Responsibilities:
Embrace, Embody and Lead with a Growth Mindset Vision and act upon the vision and values of Barcel (BLU).
Responsible to track and report performance to established Barcel KPI's. (Sales, VPO, Service, Saturation, Voids, Execution (Strategic/Marketing/Promotion))
Validates Customer Priorities/Strategies in BLU Wizard communication/Market specific communications.
Responsible to track and report BBU Order compliance to market established goals
Responsible to track and report OTIF Barcel and BBU results from DC to SC.
Communicates and validates all POS material expectations to BBU ensure strategic, promotional, marketing and "Gold Standard" Barcel execution.
Develops Barcel "Competing to Win" messaging in BBU Sales Centers to support Barcel strategic objectives.
Coordinate/prepare/facilitate Operational Business Reviews with BLU,BBU and distributors. In conjunction with the RSL.
Coordinates communication and acts as liaison of Barcel Inventory levels process with BLU and BBU Sales and Supply Chain.
Coordinates Barcel sampling, IRC's etc. within BBU for assigned area. Giveaways.
Support and lead Safety in assigned area.
Delivers expected results against Operations Sales Support KPI's/Goals.
Communicates effectively with all functions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, or Analytics.
Knowledge Proven Sales experience 5-10 years preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Management and team coordination experience. 5 years of experience on sales at field level is also necessary.
Highly developed analytic skills, experience in presentation and communication to Senior Management.
High level of sense of urgency
High level of Microsoft office skills (Pivot table, Macros, Excel, Power Point, Word)
