**Job Description**
To ensure production materials are correctly and sufficiently available at all times, from reception of raw materials to their availability on the production floor to ensure an uninterrupted flow. Maintains adequate raw material stock levels and timely initiates purchase orders.
* Manage the entire material flow from order, receipt to availability on work floor.
* Assure adequate inventory levels and monitors/initiates replenishment of stock at all times to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
* Receive incoming materials, check the purchase orders and store in designated areas for further processing.
* Collaborate with Production Planner to ensure stock accuracy meets targeted levels at all times so that kit supply orders can be processed without delays
* Accurate and timely administration of stock materials using MRP (e.g. storage location, lot number, expiry date).
* Replenish the work floor with sufficient and necessary materials for to complete the timely assembly of work orders
* Identify and document material gaps (receive, store, forward) and highlight corrective and preventive actions to supervisor.
**Qualifications**
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
* Accurate, thorough understanding of and following set work procedures
* Flexible, able to work overtime if situation requires
* Attention to detail, stock accuracy (right quantity, right quality, right location) is key for a seamless Production
* Able to work under pressure.
* Basic knowledge of English
* Computer literate, requires to work with the MRP screens related to warehousing, generation of purchase orders
**Basic Minimum Qualifications:**
* High School degree / Associate degree
* Forklift certificate
* Minimum 3 years in a production or warehouse environment
* Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, 40 hrs/week, overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Louisville, KY are encouraged to apply.
