Worth, TX | Union City, CA | Santa Fe Springs, CA | Katy, TX About the Program Apply your academic competencies in supply chain fundamentals, operations and business management, and analytical thinking while developing the personal skills necessary for success in the Operations function. Overview The Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Next Gen Operations Program (NGOP) is a one-year rotational development program designed to develop the future leaders of our Operations organization. As an NGOP associate you will gain experience through rotational assignments across multiple functions including: Logistics Warehousing Transportation Distribution Production Associates will also lead and manage an improvement project, challenging their workplace and leadership competencies: planning and organizing, problem solving, decision-making, teamwork, and collaboration.In addition, Associates in the program benefit from intensive and ongoing training and mentoring opportunities - including presentations to some of our company’s most senior executives. Graduates of the program will be prepared to succeed in future supervisory roles at new or existing distribution centers throughout Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage an improvement project Challenging their workplace and leadership competencies Planning and organizing, problem solving, decision-making, teamwork, and collaboration Training and presentations to senior executives Check out this video to learn more about the advanced warehouse management and planning technologies in our Katy, TX distribution center Minimum Qualifications Must be a graduating senior (December 2023 or May 2024 graduates) Bachelor’s degree required.Preferred degrees include but are not limited to: Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar field No more than two years professional working experience Demonstrated leadership in school or work and proven track record of delivering results Willingness to relocate to:Lakeland, FL | Syracuse, NY | Bolingbrook, IL | Ft.
