JOB SUMMARY:

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Oklahoma City is seeking a Seasonal Food Service Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming summer season! As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service outlets while providing excellent service to our guests.
JOB DUTIES:
Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned Food & Beverage locations within the park, including but not limited to food stands, concession stands, wait service, bar service, and dining areas.
Team Management: Supervise, lead, and motivate a Team of Seasonal Food & Beverage Team Members – ensuring they are properly trained, scheduled, and equipped to provide exceptional service to our valued Guests.
Exceptional Guest Satisfaction: Ensure Guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place nightly orders for replenishment, and ensure accurate tracking of Food & Beverage products to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
Problem-Solving: Address Guest concerns and feedback and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner, seeking assistance from Management as needed.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Team Members to improve their performance and enhance their skills.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with Team Members, Park Management, and other Departments to address any issues or concerns.
Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Park Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced Food Service environment is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling a point-of-sale system.
Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations and Health Codes.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
Ability to successfully obtain a ServSafe Food Handlers License and an ABLE Alcohol Service License.
