Our manufacturing client is looking to fill the role of Customer Service / Sales Support Assistant.

This individual must have strong experience in a customer service/Sales support role.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing office environment is a plus. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

? Support our customers and distributors in the Americas.

? Build and maintain company-customer relationships.

? Support the internal and external sales team with assisting in marketing, calls, and research.

? Maintain stock of in house printed sales brochures and keep files updated/replenished.

? Assist with UV System inquiries, presenting proposals to customers via email, negotiating pricing

and effectively differentiating product offerings.

? Periodically visit customers and participate in trade show setup and exhibitions-Maximum travel

15%.

? Answering incoming calls and directing to the appropriate persons.

? Process spares orders and quotations. Process all aspects of incoming and outgoing orders.

? Track orders/back orders as needed and notify customers of any delay/updates concerning their

orders.

? Email daily invoices, scanning, sorting mail incoming/outgoing.

? Maintain and update the Company database as needed.

? Provide excellent Customer Service to our customers at all points of the business cycle.

? Work collectively with internal departments (such as Service, Sales, Accounts) to resolve

customer inquiries and issues and setting up new customer accounts.

? Ability to act as backup support to the order processing team/warehouse team when necessary,

by pulling, packing, and shipping customer orders within the same day of receipt **Required Education and Experience:**

? High school or equivalent required Associates degree preferred.

? Minimum 4 years experience in a Customer Service/Sales Support role.

? Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task.

? Quick learner and able to decipher complex information.

? Must be able to work with all levels of employees.

? Must have excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

? Highly motivated, goal oriented and have a strong work ethic.

? Ability to function successfully with minimal supervision. ? Can adapt to our innovative products and processes.

? Understand international and domestic shipping methods and terms both domestic and

international.

? Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products.
