Automotive Vehicle Detailer - Military veterans preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Vehicle Detailer to join our team at Badger Isuzu Truck Center in West Allis, Wisconsin. As a Vehicle Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of a variety of vehicles, including cars and trucks. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, and the individual in this role will report to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
•Perform detailed cleaning and washing of vehicles, including exterior and interior surfaces
•Vacuum carpets and upholstery, clean and condition leather seats, and polish surfaces
•Apply wax and other protective coatings to preserve the appearance of vehicles
•Identify and report any damages or repairs needed on vehicles
•Ensure vehicles are organized and ready for customer delivery
•Follow company processes and procedures for vehicle detailing and maintenance
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail shop and equipment
•Occasional transportation of vehicles between dealership locations

Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
•Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
•Strong communication and time management skills
•Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
•Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
