To strengthen our Medical Affairs team in Milan, Italy, we are currently hiring a

Medical Affairs Manager (m/f/x) - Coagulation

(Fulltime / permanent/ Location: Milan)

The Opportunity

You are accountable for the medical strategy and deliverables (i.e. advisory boards/expert meetings, symposia, publications plan, clinical studies, RWE studies). You are participating in planning and implementation of clinical trial plans within the country and you will manage and monitor local studies. You will provide support to external customers and to internal staff ensuring the accuracy and quality of scientific information. You will provide support for the development of strategic plans for the CSL Behring’s product portfolio.

The Role

• You will lead Medical Affairs initiatives
• You will manage scientific relations with national and international experts
• You will support commercial activities of CSL Behring SpA from scientific and technical perspective
• You are supporting CSL’s branding while participating at national and international congresses / events
• You will manage local studies (IIS and CSS) within the country
• You will drive local evidence plan based on local gaps and needs
• You will ensure proper and timely implementation of studies in the area according to local procedures and regulations in place
• You will provide continuous scientific information and training to Sales, Marketing and Market Access colleagues regarding studies and products

Your Skills and Experience:

• University degree in Medicine (MD)
• At least 3 years’ experience in Medical Affairs within a multi-national company
• Ideally knowhow in the assigned Therapeutic Area of Hematology / Thrombosis
• Local language fluency, English language fluency
• Knowledge of local processes and regulations around clinical trials and pharma code
