Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies
Communicate and collaborate by articulating the “why” and "what" customer problem to solve, partnering with others, and balancing their point of view with solicited input of others
Actively participate in engineering discussions with Software Development Engineers, Designers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding customer needs and technical designs of products to serve them
Mobilize your teams to do their best work by providing clear direction, handling dependencies, removing blockers and applying effective operating rhythms

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
3+ years proven ability in a product management role, with a focus on building technology products
Proactively defines feature goals, objectives and metrics, and sets priorities for the team
Ushers features through development and launch, iterations, and optimizations
Experience with experimentation & hypothesis development
Exceptional stakeholder management experience and maintains strong relationships by involves the right people at the right time throughout the development process
Communicates and documents at the appropriate level of detail in a timely manner
Clearly articulates customer needs, understands designs of features to inform development, and evaluates how the feature is meeting the needs of the customer and the business to make feature decisions

Computer engineering background/exposure is desired, but not required.
