Expected salary range of $118,800 to $132,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION This position provides fleet wide support for the functional area of Outage Management. Responsible for Governance and Oversight (G&O) of the dry cask storage (DCS) program processes/products such as the development of detailed plans / schedules for spent fuel loading campaigns (SFLC), ALARA practices, Technical Specification compliance, and DCS procedure development. Conducts assessments on the implementation of the DCS program and processes including observations made during the execution of the campaign. G&O not limited to Outage Management but also crosses all organizational boundaries working with station departments and designated team leaders for SFLC preparation and execution. Performs the Alliance Manager role for AREVA/Transnuclear and Holtec relationships reviews vendor performance trends and drives corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Solicits best practices internally and externally to improve organizational effectiveness. Supports the Director Dry Cask Storage with Peer team and business plan initiatives.
