PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Home Base located in Greater Cleveland Area
- Industrial or technical sales experience; machining and/or heat treat experience strongly preferred.
- Awesome written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in a technical discipline preferred; degree in Business or Marketing also welcome.
- Strong computer skills, including CRM (ACT or similar)
Position RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work within a professional and office environment.
- Must be able to perceive customer needs and communications sufficiently to close a sale.
- Must be able to communicate effectively by both written and oral means.
- Must be able to combine technical understanding with sales skills.
- Must be able to drive passenger vehicles for multiple hours at a time.
- Some overnight travel required. Territory is primarily Ohio plus other locations based on customer accounts.
- Tech Savy with strong business acumen.
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals for new accounts,existing accounts,and account retention.
Work Schedule 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch. Extra hours as needed.
Travel Requirements Some overnight travel required. Territory is primarily OH plus other locations based on customer accounts
