This role is hybrid in nature and can be located within a commutable distance to the Greater Rochester, NY area.

**Job Description**

The **Customer Enablement Manager** (CEM) is responsible for defining and implementing the regional product and solutions deployment strategy enabling key accounts and key direct dealer customers access to AIs (Access & Intrusion) product portfolio in North America. The Customer Enablement Manager is recognized as the North America expert in product deployment across key accounts. The CEM ensures that products, solutions, and interfaces are integrated and aligned with the ecosystems and channels of our key customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, driving sustainability and growth. The role is focused on establishing foundational, future-forward, simplified solutions aligned with our key accounts and partners at all levels.

**Principal Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for Key Account System Integrator turnover and IM margin for North America.

+ Function as the point of contact for all Access & Intrusion (AI) interface for all deployment needs for key account partners.

+ Develop and implement the regional deployment strategy for our product portfolio.

+ Inform, support, challenge, and guide regional sales team on the specific solutions.

+ Analyze the key account market landscape and through products, tools, and solutions, take action to gain market share and improve market positioning.

+ Conduct competitive and market analyses and provide related response strategies.

+ Lead a council including the Regional Marketing team to vet and distill requirements collectively, forming foundational and sustainable solutions across all key accounts.

+ Provide prioritized and vetted market requirements, needs, and use cases to the MKP/ENG team to support creation of a market-driven deployment roadmap.

+ Contribute to product and services development by anticipating market trends, end-user, and key account customer needs.

+ Support sales and business development with customer management and account visits.

+ Provide input for business planning and regular review of planning/forecasting for key accounts.

+ Identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive change within organization.

+ Engage business partners to develop innovative solutions for the market and key accounts.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

+ 7+ years experience in product sales and marketing.

+ Experience marketing security or other complex commercial electronic products.

+ Experience working in the security industry is preferred.

+ Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and results driven approach.

+ Ideal candidate is familiar with working in a matrixed organization requiring a high level of independence and informal leadership skills.

+ Project management and Smartsheet experience preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, preferably in a global business setting.

+ Strong verbal & written communication skills required.

+ Domestic and occasional international travel expectations come with the role; on average 25% of the time (may require more travel based on project and/or customer deliverables).

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $130,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
