The Health Quality and Stars team is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to drive advancement of innovation opportunities focused on member engagement to both optimize health outcomes for our members and sustain industry leading Stars performance. This leader will influence partners throughout our organization to co-develop shared objectives, creating alignment on strategic direction and prioritization of focus areas to drive the advancement of innovation opportunities. This individual has an in-depth understanding of how Enterprise member outreach functions interrelate and is able to partner with and influence leaders throughout the company in order to create shared accountability for improved engagement and Stars performance.
Role responsibilities:
Acquire deep understanding of the growing member engagement problem and develop collaborative partnerships with multiple areas across HQS and HQRI attempting to solve
Develop and maintain a portfolio of research and test initiatives focused on delivering improved engagement via optimal member and provider experiences
Conduct test and learn initiatives to prove capabilities and determine effectiveness of solutions
Oversee complete lifecycle of innovation projects (idea through implementation)
Serve as product development lead testing into new tools and technology
Connect the organization to external thinking, trends, and best practices
Create collaborative working relationships with teams within and outside the Stars organization
Demonstrate ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
Previous innovation and/ or product development experience
Proven skills in analyzing data trends and identifying performance improvement opportunities
Strong attention to detail and focus on customer and associate experience
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Effective facilitator - direct collaborative efforts amongst business, analytics and technology partners
Must be enthusiastic about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer experiences and health outcomes
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ability to navigate business intelligence tools to review data insights

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$112,400 - $154,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
