HOW A DATA ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Performs data analysis, interpretation, and management duties. Develops rules and methodologies for data collection and analysis

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: JIRA experience, Data tools and registry experience, Customer electronic communication experience.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph
• Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Contributes to the completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.
  • Knowledge of data management cataloging methods. Understands data management repositories, libraries, and business intelligence related tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Gathers data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret cataloging best practices.
  • Reports data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize data management needs within the Enterprise.
  • Understanding of Sponsor digitization processes and best practices aligned with Sponsor data management lifecycle model.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow or project tracking ticketing tools.
  • Knowledge of creating/managing workbooks and visualizations (PowerBI)
  • Project or task management capability.
  • Content updates within Confluence websites
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and efficient nature.
  • Draft communications and briefings for various team capabilities.
  • Disseminate, coordinate, collect, aggregate data supporting Sponsor action items in system accreditation data management tool.
  • Analyzes organizational data and conducts advanced data management
  • Applies mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of high complexity.
  • Models and evaluates the potential impact of data changes.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Develops innovative strategies and quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets.
  • May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.

• Preferred Skills: CDMP certification
