**Overview**:
- Prepare and serve evening meals as prescribed.
- Prepare bag breakfasts.
- Maintain a daily count of meals served.
- Maintain a sanitary and orderly kitchen and dining room.
- Check appliance temperatures daily and record results.
- Clean appliances regularly (at least monthly).
- Clean shelves weekly.
