StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist™ training ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session.Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessionsEncourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsBuild StretchLab membership and retain current clienteleEnsure client safety regarding proper stretch techniques andenforce StretchLab polices and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns, when applicableAssist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales, as neededMaintain strong social media presence to encourage client membership and retentionClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeUnderstand and implement all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines to ensure staff and client safetyQUALIFICATIONS:Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility Preferred background: Massage TherapistPersonal TrainerPhysical TherapistPilates or Yoga InstructorDance InstructorExperience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients Fitness certification requiredAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all peopleFantastic communication skills that exudes empathyMust love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve their fitness goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to company policiesMust successfully complete a three-part training program consisting of 1) online course work at your own pace; 2) attending a 2-day Flexologist Training Program; and 3) complete 20 hours of supervised stretching (you will be compensated for this time) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a competitive base salary; based on experience & performanceIncentives offered for time with clientsCommission paid on salesOpportunity for bonuses, based on studio performanceOption for stock purchaseGrowth potential within the companyFlexologists earn a gross take-home wage between $21 - $23 per hour.About StretchLabFounded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted and group stretching.
