**Description**

The Food Service Worker will prepare the recommended foods for the children in KVC care. The environment can be compared to the lunchroom of a small school for children with behavioral health issues. Duties include arranging food and beverages on steam tables, a la carte trays or mobile carts to make items available; clean utensils, cooking and storage equipment; and clean and sanitize serving areas each day.

Hours are Saturday through Wednesday 7am to 3pm.

**Pay rate starts at $13 an hour depending on experience. Must be 21 years old to apply.**

**Minimum Requirements:**

Must be at least 21 years old.

**Education:** High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited high school required.

**Licensure/Certification:** Valid drivers license and auto insurance.

**Experience:** One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Pre-employment drug screen, physical and criminal background check required.**
