Job Summary:As a COTA at NCHHHA will have the ability to get to know your individual patients and support your team members in executing tailored plans of care. You will perform treatment and provide exercise instruction under the supervision of and in partnership with a qualified Physical Therapist. A large portion of your time spent with the patient will be focused on education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's wellbeing. Our COTAs are an integral part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. You will maintain a high level of autonomy and work to the top of your license. You will enjoy a flexible workday, with an option to start and end your day from home. Strong clinical support and education resources provide as well as support in obtaining certifications in your area of expertise.Essential Qualifications: Graduate from an occupational therapy assistant curriculum approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association, certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational therapy Association, a current and valid COTA license granted from the state of New Hampshire, and CPR certification is required. A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a certified occupation therapy assistant is required. Must have good organizational skills with the ability to multitask, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in computer use including MS office. Must also be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.About NCHHHA:North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency (NCHHHA), based in Littleton, NH, serves residents of Coos and Grafton Counties.
