Avera is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the team!!

May be eligible for a $15,000-$20,000 Sign On Bonus with a 2-3 year commitment! 

This position will float to other Avera Hospitals within South Dakota when needed

Position Highlights:

• Multi-disciplinary rounding to optimize patient care delivery to include respiratory therapy patient driven protocols
• Involved in code blue, rapid response, high risk deliveries and arterial blood draws
• Adult, pediatric and neonatal ventilator management including nitric oxide and oscillatory
• Ability to participate in out of house transports to include newborns, pediatric, and adult

 

Education and/or Experience

• Rotating 12 hour shifts
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner/Respiratory Therapist in the State of South Dakota is required.  
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required within 6 months of hire date.

 Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $26.25 - $39.50 per hour
