Reports to Manager. The value you’ll bring to the team: · Demonstrates innovation, skill and efficiency in developing and implementing patient treatment programs far a varied caseload including Orthopedic, Neurological, Pediatric and other patient populations. · Effectively performs treatment program accordance with protocols, plan of care, and patient's level of function. · Demonstrates delegation of tasks appropriately according to state, federal and JACHO regulations. · Actively participates in professional development and leadership activities to facilitate individual as well as departmental growth and development. · Consistently maintains departmental expected productivity.
