($23.00 - $27.00/hr., dependent upon experience)SHIFT: Per Diem, 8am - 4pmBENEFITS:Weekly PaychecksTuition AssistanceReferral BonusesPeer MentorshipJob Summary: The COTA carries out Occupational Therapy treatment procedures as designed by the Occupational Therapist for specific patients/residents.Job Performance Responsibilities: Instructs patients/residents in methods to enable them to carry out self-help and other Occupational Therapy treatment follow-up procedures on a consistent basisAssists in on-going assessments of assigned patients/residents rehabilitation progress Reports observations regarding assigned patients/residents treatment response to the Occupational Therapist Carries out pre-set therapeutic programs for individuals and groupsRecords dated and signed progress notes into the patients/residents medical record.
