As a Physical Therapy Assistant, at Merit Health Wesley, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best-providing quality care to our patients!Duties Include : Assists a Physical Therapist with a patient's rehabilitative activities to help reduce pain and improve mobility.Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of tasks.A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required.Typically reports to a physical therapist.Requirements:Associate's degree from an accredited programLicensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (Bachelors degree preferred)Current Physical Therapist Assistant MS state license.
