Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._**Responsibilities**Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.+ Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.+ Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.+ Document treatment interventions given.+ May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.**Requirements**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision required.+ Physical Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepteduntil license is issued required.Education:+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.**Additional Preferences**New Grads Welcome!**Why Join Our Team**Ascension St. John has been serving Northeast Oklahoma with compassionate, personalized care since 1926.
