The Crown Is Yours

We are growing our Sports Intelligence Product team at DraftKings!  As we reinvent the future of our sports platforms, the Sports Intelligence team is responsible for the data, systems and models to generate best-in-class Sportsbook odds for our customers and business. We are looking for someone to join our team and help create the vision and strategy of our pricing workflow to ensure our data scientists have the best technologies available to them in order to produce their best work.  

As a Product Manager you will have an understanding of the Sportsbook industry and an analytical mindset to take ownership of the processes by which we monitor and measure our pricing models and drive strategic insights from the data. 

What you'll do 

  • Act as the owner of our Sportsbook Pricing Monitoring & Measurability space. Work with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to use unique methods to monitor and measure the impact of our pricing, leading the business towards strategic data-driven decision making in this area.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and company leaders to maintain a roadmap for the team on projects to enhance our pricing capabilities and also drive new customer content and markets. 

  • Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Software Engineering teams to design systems aimed at achieving optimal pricing for our products.

  • Utilize analytical tools and data to drive insights, monitor pricing metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Own end-to-end product management process on services within scope: vision documents, roadmaps, requirement documents, etc. 

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to pricing strategies.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data, or computer science field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in Analytics or Product Management

  • Robust understanding of the Sportsbook industry.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying databases.

  • Experience in Tableau or another data visualization tool.

  • Strong background in collaborating with analytics, engineering teams, data engineering and data science teams are a plus. 

  • Analytically oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,080.00 - $141,120.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
