Job Description:

We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a recent STEM graduate with a Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking degree to join our team as a Junior Customer Success Engineer. This dynamic role, situated in Plano, Texas, offers a supportive environment for professional growth and development, with the flexibility to work on-site 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate will boast a GPA of 3.5 or above and a robust background in Computer Science, Software, and Networking.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies, providing technical assistance to customers and partners to optimize the utilization of our products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to contribute to the development, integration, and implementation of network security and endpoint solutions.
3. Act as a customer advocate, influencing upgrade decisions by suggesting stable code versions and identifying use cases.
4. Support customers in identifying candidate releases to upgrade to and efficiently achieve their security objectives.
5. Work closely with account teams to assist in delivering a high-touch delivery strategy, technical account plan deployments, and product-level success plans.

Qualifications:
•Recent STEM graduate with a Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking degree.
•GPA of 3.5 or above, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.
•Active participation in clubs and extracurricular activities related to Computer Science, Software, and Networking.
•Prior internship experience, showcasing practical knowledge and skills in a professional setting.
•Strong understanding of JIRA and JQL is required.
•Knowledge of scripting languages like Python is a strong plus.
•Basic understanding of network security concepts, with a strong willingness to learn and develop deep expertise in *** NGFW security platforms.
•Familiarity with Enterprise network products and a keen interest in expanding knowledge in network security.
•Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at various technical levels.
•Demonstrated good presentation skills, showcasing the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
•Individuals with a QA background and PCNSA certificate are at an advantage.
