**Description**

***TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:***

* Pack, unpack, and stock inventory in warehouse.

* Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate and report any discrepancies of inventory before adjusting errors found.

* Print address labels on UPS Worldship

* Properly package supplies for shipments on a daily basis.

* Print requisition forms on a daily basis.

* Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.

* Clean and maintain warehouse and supplies in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

* Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors in a timely manner to obtain appropriate credit.

* Check on a consistent basis on areas of need around the building (repairs).

* Fulfill assignments given on a daily basis per the ticketing program (Issuetrak).

* Reconciliation of the purchase orders.

* Maintain an accurate inventory of laboratory and office supplies.

* Minor repairs.

* Assemble furniture.

* Travel to different locations such as drop-sites, storage, hardware stores etc. on an as needed basis.

***REQUIREMENTS***

* Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse setting.

* Must pose excellent verbal and written skills.

* Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.

* Some computer knowledge required.

* Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.

* Display a professional manner at all times.

* Work efficiently under minimal supervision.

* Adaptable to changes in assignments and training.

* Work efficiently within the team environment in all departments.

* Adhere to all company regulations stated in the company hand book.

* Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
