We are looking for a Marketing Systems Administrator for our Performance Solutions Sales and Marketing IT team. In this role, you will be focused on configuring, supporting, and maintaining our marketing applications (e.g. Workfront, DAM, BigTinCan). You will be responsible for the performance, lifecycle planning, compliance, and security of the marketing applications and platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and ensure all applications have up-to-date documentation to effectively provide day-to-day support. This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid, or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. Responsibilities: Design, configure, develop, test, support, and maintain GPS marketing applications (e.g. Workfront, DAM, BigTinCan, Marketing Automation, OnTram) Drive the creation and update of application and technical design documents for all marketing applications Manage and administer the marketing application environments (SAAS, Web, mobile, etc.) and all system integrations and APIs to ensure security and performance standards are met Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and vendors to meet business requirements and value objectives Provide daily operation and support for issues, bugs, and ticket resolution partnering with the functional team and vendor partners Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical administrator for sales, marketing, or related applications OR a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline and 2 years of experience as a technical administrator for sales, marketing, or related applications Experience executing governance processes to make decisions, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution Demonstrated understanding of content management, workflow, digital selling, and marketing automation Ability to effectively navigate a high degree of ambiguity in a fast paced and dynamic changing team environment Effective and clear communication skills, including the ability to communicate/translate technical concepts in a business framework that is easily understood by non-technical people Ability to collaborate and build productive working partnerships variety of audiences, including IT and Business stakeholders Ability to travel up to 10% Desired Qualifications: Experience with Workfront, Adobe Digital Asset Management, BigTinCan, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Automation Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
