2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm
$18.70/HR increases $19.80 once hired
Machine Operator is responsible for attending to and monitoring machines in various departments as well as safely adhering to manufacturing standards required to meet production needs.

On site job interview required.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Machine for start of shift, which include necessary materials and paperwork.

2. Perform duties necessary to operate machine and perform required tasks according to machine or position procedures.

3. Complete simple, routine maintenance on machine to keep machine operational.

4. Troubleshoot machinery for basic malfunctions and correct.

5. Complete all necessary paperwork required for machine operated on for the position.

6. Clean machines at end of shift to prepare for next workday or next shift.

7. Clean and stock work area in preparation for next workday or shift.

8. Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.

9. Work overtime and weekends as assigned by supervisor

Machine Operator Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED.

2. Ability to differentiate color variance.

3. Strong computer skills required

4. Strong attention to detail

5. Basic math and reading skills.

6. Ability to multi-task.

7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Basic mechanical abilities preferred.
