The Opportunity: Seeking an energetic, collaborative sales leader to join Flywire high-performing, fast growing Travel vertical. You will be responsible for sourcing new business and leading a team of Account Executives. As a natural born leader and team player, you will be expected to contribute directly to sales efforts and drive revenue growth — passionate about prospecting, cultivating relationships, and bringing focus to execution. As a coach, you will be required to provide guidance and mentorship to enhance overall sales performance. This role requires leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales expertise in payments and travel. Superior focus, discipline, and time management essential. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$130,000 plus, commission, restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
