**As a Bartender, youll:**

* Develop long lasting relationships with regular guests, welcoming regulars back to your bar and providing them with ongoing and consistent exemplary service.

* Maintain a clean and uncluttered bar environment, contribute to the product preparation and levels of garnishes, tools and equipment needed to perform your job

* Foster an environment for clear, timely and effective communication with other bartenders, servers and guests alike, setting expectations for all.

* Keep the bar float in balance and your cash in check, completing all opening and closing cash counts and duties with care and detail.

**What you bring to the team:**

* The belief that people are the source of extraordinary experiences, and the desire to contribute to something bigger than yourself, every day.

* Previous experience in the food and beverage industry (practical bartending experience is certainly nice to have); added bonus: product knowledge of liquor, wine and beer, as well as experience conducting inventory.

* Huge pride in the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, a willingness to learn, a drive to succeed and an openness to feedback, coaching and mentorship.

* Required certifications to responsibly serve alcohol (specific to your province).

* The ability to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident or holding other current and valid work permit).
