We offer multiple food service outlets and Eagle Tavern, located in Greenfield Village, offers unique dining experiences. Help create American farm-fresh foods in partnership with local entrepreneurs, as we activate the stories of family farms and natural foods in bold new ways. We also have catering openings for private events in our venues.

The **Eagle Tavern Bartender** position is responsible for tending bar in a historic 1850 environment while creating outstanding experiences for our guests.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

* Provides our guests with a historically accurate portrayal of a dining experience

* Sets up bar with all beverages, garnishes, glasses, and napkins necessary for service

* Prepares cocktails

* Ensures an outstanding guest experience

* Interacts and communicates with guests and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner

* Monitors all liquor, beer, wine, and soda usage and restocks accordingly

* Assumes responsibility for cleanliness of work station in keeping with the Dept. of Health & Sanitation guidelines

* Breaks down bar, cleans area, stocks, and stores supplies as needed

* Responsible for the care and maintenance of historical clothing uniform

* Performs other activities as necessary

**Your Qualifications:**

* 18 years of age or older

* Prior liquor handling experience

* High school diploma or GED

Must be flexible with hours and scheduling. Available to work up to seven days a week, daytime and evening, holidays and weekends.

**SPECIAL SKILLS**

Requires good communication skills, the ability to make good judgment calls, knowledge of basic liquor, beer, and wine types, knowledge of drink recipes and ability to make them correctly.
