Responsibilities

•Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage •Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage's high standards •Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage •Run all operational aspects of the brokerage, including the company's MLS listings, and oversee all transactions the real estate agents perform •Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team •Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards •Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage •Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law •Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team •Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in

Qualifications

•Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance •The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents •Must have a managing broker's license •Superb customer service and communication skills •Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent •Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent •Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance •The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents •Excellent customer service and communication skills •Must have a managing broker's license #J-18808-Ljbffr
