We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, IL licensed realtor, and listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You'll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You'll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Responsibilities

Listing Manager Job Responsibilities:

•Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials
•Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
•Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections
•Monitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularly
•Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposure
•Track and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clients
•Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
•Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and best practices
•Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
•Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
•Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
•Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
•Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement

Qualifications

•Must have an Active real estate license
•Must have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years)
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software
•Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Ideal candidates must love helping agents succeed!
•Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
•Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
•Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
