Job Description

Th?s pos?t?on ?s meant to be the lead?ng pos?t?on for a bar operat?on and must lead the bartender team for cockta?l creat?ons and set new and ?nnovat?ve m?xology trends. This position is concerned with being responsible for the set up & clearing of the bar. Prepare and serve beverage to the guest according to the service rules, policy, procedure & etiquette

Qualifications

• Bartender School Diploma or related degree
• 3 year experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant establishment
• Experience of creating drink menu & inventing specialty drinks
• Assisting the restaurant manager in training and administering employee performance
• Verbal & written fluency in English
• Work Authorization in U.S. is a must.
