We are currently seeking experienced Fine Dining Bartender candidates who will dedicate themselves to this purpose in joining our exceptional team of professionals. Successful candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years previous hospitality experience, and a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. COMPENSATION:

55k-100k/year (Hourly + Tips) (Full-Time & Part-Time)

REQUIRED TRAINING / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Five (5) years of previous hospitality experience, and a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.

Flexible and malleable attitude towards new ideas.

Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline.
Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
Accurate communication.
Command of the English language.
Working POS knowledge.
Accurate, efficient, and proper cash handling skills.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Candidate must display southern hospitality, integrity, honesty, outgoing and fun personality.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  1. Display Southern Hospitality and connect with guests while developing loyal guests.
  2. Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  3. Work with "Teamwork" always in mind.
  4. Continuously executes Truluck's Performance Standards (Points of Difference).
  5. Is aware of and abides by all liquor service laws.
  6. Must always maintain current state alcohol certification.
  7. Responsible for checking proper and legal identification of anyone who appears to be under the age of 25.
  8. Perform bar set-up, running side work, and closing duties as assigned.
  9. Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts as trained.
  10. Possess and maintain product knowledge through continuous weekly education.
  11. Must pass all product and service step tests with a grade of 90% or higher.
  12. Prepares beverages with consistency of recipe with proper and fresh garnish.
  13. Participate in bar clean up and conduct bar clean up in accordance with health code regulations.
  14. Maintain bar safety and sanitation.
  15. Operate the POS computerized cash register system and accept payments according to company cash handling policies.
  16. Lawfully declares tips according to tip declaration procedure.
  17. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
